A friend of mine said it is time to do a Chart of a woman and suggested Máxima, Queen of the Netherlands. Being a Dutch national, she is officially my queen. So I mentioned her full title above.
I will refer to her as Máxima or the Queen in the rest of the article.
Here is her Human Design Chart:
Máxima has a strong personality with a good amount of drive- three Motor Centers are defined. She also has an inner sense of direction and an openness to new ideas. She has the ability to be open to the changing circumstances of life and can respond in ways that are beneficial for everyone involved.
Born in a prominent family in Argentine, she was educated at Spanish and English-speaking schools.
She then pursued a career in finance, working at various international banks, until 2002, when she married prince Willem-Alexander of Orange, the current king of the Netherlands. She moved to her husband’s country and began to work in the area of inclusive finance, helping to give the poor access to basic financial services, like small loans and savings accounts. She now does this work as United Nations Secretary General’s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development. In the Netherlands, she supports the integration of immigrants, especially women, into the Dutch culture. And she is one of the world’s few royals who openly supports gay rights.
On April 30, 2013 Willem-Alexander became King and Máxima Queen of the Netherlands. The royal couple has three daughters.
Meeting Willem-Alexander was pivotal in Máxima’s life. They started dating during her Saturn return and she became Queen when her North Moon Node became active, a time when we leave the liberties of youth behind and assume responsibility for our role in life. To maintain balance, the meeting was equally important for Willem-Alexander. Their composite Chart shows that they are in a mutually supportive relationship that can influence the world around them in positive ways. I will do the relationship reading and publish it here soon.
Máxima has the incarnation theme of Transference, giving her the desire to make contributions that benefit humanity. She enjoys setting an example and likes it when people fall in tune with her without her having to explain too much. She may think to herself: if only they would really listen and trust me, they would all be better off. People being the way they are, this does not always happen, which can lead to disappointment and misunderstandings. She does have the strength to pick herself up, brush off her designer clothes and continue on her chosen way. And learn from the experience.
Saturn, conjunct with her Sun in Gate 8, gives her life lessons how to express herself. If she relies only on style in her interactions as a way to keep herself at a safe distance (so her feelings will not get hurt) while wishing to exert influence, she may be perceived as less than genuine. When she lets her natural friendliness shine through, her presence empowers others, who’ll be willing to accept her suggestions. It is deeply fulfilling for Máxima to selflessly offer her talents for the good of all. She has a gift to enhance prosperity and well-being, both on a material and feeling/spiritual level.
Jupiter and Neptune conjunct give the Queen a lot of energy in the area of (personal) power. When she uses it while respecting others it brings good fortune and expansion in her life. When she loses her inner clarity and gets tense around the power she has, her environment will reflect back that she’s trying to force things. Then it is advisable to take a step back and return to her inner strength before coming out again. Together, the King and Queen have the whole Channel of Power and can support each other to apply it in a balanced and beneficial way. About that more in another article.
