About me

I was born in the Netherlands. I studied at the Movie Academy in Amsterdam. While I was working in a TV studio, meditation came into my life, and with it, the enlightened mystic Osho.

Soon I found myself on the way to India to meet the Master. I was initiated and became part of the community around him, spending most of the following years in India. I learned to look within, to cook big pots of Indian chai, and to read the human energy field, among other things. During my times in the West, I worked as a cook, cleaner, and network administrator.

I am trained in various forms of therapy* and am approved as a German health practitioner (Heilpraktiker). I am a certified Human Design Reader and a Gene Keys Ambassador. I have been facilitating meditations for twenty-plus years.

Human Design and the Gene Keys give me the opportunity to integrate analysis and intuition, the left and right sides of the brain. It has turned out to be an elegant and effective way to align and inspire other people.

I divide my time between my Swiss house, about an hour from Zurich, and the place I share with my beloved in Piemonte, Italy. I speak English, German, and Dutch, and am learning Italian.
